Equipment Return Policy:

Any equipment or aquarium supplies purchased on-line or in-store can be returned within 10 days of purchase or delivery so long as it was not used or damaged and is in its original packaging. Items that have been used or otherwise damaged after pick-up or delivery may not be returned. Upon return, Sanctuary Aquatics will refund the purchase price. If the delivered item was not what was ordered or the item is otherwise defective, Sanctuary Aquatics will additionally refund the cost of shipping for that item.
