The TMC Reef Skim 2.0 has just been introduced by Quality Marine, one of the most trusted names in the freshwater and saltwater aquarium hobby. The new skimmer uses the latest Reef Pump DC Technology. The skimmer was CNC precision engineered and looks great. It was carefully designed to be ultra compact with a cool spacing-saving design with a small footprint that allows it to be ideal for sumps with limited space.
The TMC Reef Skim 2.0's highly efficient cylinder body design ensures optimum water-to-air contact time and its unique integrated air intake silencer ensures whisper quiet operation. High performance bubble diffusion plate ensures uniform dispersal of micro fine air bubbles across the entire skimmer column. The product has extremely low power consumption. It is easy to use and easy to remove the pump.
The TMC Reef Skim 2.0's innovative in-base water outlet design allows water to exit the protein skimmer body through the base increasing the air-water contact time within the skimmer and reducing both noise and the amount of micro bubbles escaping the body.
