Pavona are small polyp stony (SPS) in the family Agariciiddae. Pavona are an encrusting coral that can plate or branch. Pavona are not hard to keep and can be a good beginner coral.
Pavona require moderate lighting in the 200 - 250 par range with strong water flow. No special feeding is required, but they do better if trace elements are maintained through dosing and/or regular water changes.
Pavona are considered semi-aggressive, so give them a bit of room.
